Hendricks Concrete Construction is family run concrete construction business. We take pride in our work and aim to finish all jobs in a timely manner. The shop is based out of our farm, located in Sterling Illinois.


PRIMARY SCOPE:

The Concrete Construction Crew leader will be responsible for learning all aspects of forming, pouring and stripping of walls and footings.

For this position, concrete construction and equipment driving experience is mandatory. Pay will be variable based on experience. We are looking for someone who can help lead a team of 2-4.

Most of the work is completed in the greater Sauk Valley Area, however there will be opportunities to travel and work in Missouri at the Lake of the Ozarks.

Pay is scaled based on experience


PRIMARY DUTIES:

• Moving materials to and from storage and job sites
• Bending, placing and tying rebar.
• Strip footings, forms and tying bar
• Help with process of setting grade
• Pouring concrete in wall formations and floors
• Cleaning the site; removal of tools & supplies, loading truck
• Keeping trucks and trailers stocked and ready for deployment to job
• Running Equipment

BACKGROUND:

• Applicant must be at least 18 years old
• Experienced with pouring concrete and working with building crews required
• Valid Driver's License is required
• Hardworking individual with a positive attitude and great work ethic
• Ability to work OT and 10+ hour days
• Ability to complete work tasks under various adverse weather conditions including heat in excess of 100 degrees, cold, and rain
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

$ $32.00 per hour
