Description


Are you passionate about the entertainment industry and love troubleshooting technical issues? We are currently seeking a friendly and dedicated Field Service Technician to join our team.

As a Field Service Technician, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, providing top-notch technical support to our clients in the entertainment industry.


Responsibilities

  • Visit client locations to perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on a variety of equipment, this includes strollers, wheelchairs, ECV's, lockers, kiosks, arcade games, kiddie rides and other equipment that may be added to the product lines in the future
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues with equipment, ensuring prompt resolution and mínimal downtime
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and provide expert recommendations for the optimal use of equipment
  • Conduct routine maintenance tasks, including equipment cleaning, calibration, and software updates
  • Train clients on the proper usage and maintenance of entertainment equipment
  • Prepare accurate reports detailing service activities, equipment status, and recommendations for future enhancements
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technological advancements to consistently provide topquality service

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree in electronics or a related field is preferred
  • Proven experience as a field service technician or similar role in the entertainment industry
  • Excellent technical skills in troubleshooting and repairing a wide range of equipment
  • Strong problemsolving abilities, with the capacity to think quickly and analytically
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time and resources
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients
  • Flexibility to travel frequently and work evenings or weekends as needed for onsite client visits
