- Perform and assist with carpentry, painting, and plumbing tasks
- Provide regular updates on project progress to Project Managers
- Handle general appliance, carpet, A/C, and electrical repairs
- Install new appliances, fixtures, and cabinetry
- Move objects as needed with assistance
- Execute all tasks assigned by Project Managers
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Understanding of light repair work in electric, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC
- Ability to lift up to 45 lbs. and occasionally 80 lbs., push and pull heavy objects, bend, climb, balance, and have effective communication skills
- Competitive pay range of $20-22 hourly
