    About this role:

    Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant to join our Client Relationship Group (CRG) Control, Analytics and Product Supervision team. The CRG Control, Analytics and Governance team identifies and provides effective oversight for risks within WFA's retail brokerage branch network and branch infrastructure. A successful candidate must possess strong risk management, control, data analytics and/or brokerage experience as well as have strong analytical skills to evaluate controls and evaluate data. The candidate must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, where priorities and tasks can change frequently and managing multiple projects simultaneously are critical.     In this role, you will:
    • Investigate key controls for business processes and assist with the root cause analysis of issues
    • Develop and report CRG key risk indicators (including risk assessments and trend analysis)
    • Maintain an understanding of Wells Fargo policies, development of future state processes that align with enterprise standards, and conducting business process analysis
    • Provide ongoing reporting on the status of the risk measurement program
    • Design and implement controls to address corrective actions related to business issues
    • Develop metrics and other management reporting on the status of CRG Supervision and Governance control activities
    • Conduct ongoing monitoring and oversight of controls as needed.
    • Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations
    • Research moderately complex business, operational, compliance policy and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution
    • Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership
    • Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
    • Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures
    • Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners
    Required Qualifications:
    • 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
    Desired Qualifications:
    • A BS/BA degree or higher
    • Ability to develop and manage business relationships
    • Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment
    • Ability to grasp complex business issues quickly, recommend solutions, and drive for resolutions
    • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
    • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skill
    • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
    • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
    • Certification in one or more of the following: CPA, CRCM, CIA, CISA or CRMA designation
    • Ability to analyze metrics and articulate data trends both visually and verbally
    • Ability to develop and manage business relationships
    • Knowledge of WIM business operations, processes, products, and customer interactions where they manifest risk
    This position is subject to FINRA Background Screening Requirements, including successful completion and clearing of a background check. Internal transfers are subject to comply with 17 CFR 240.17f-2 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and FINRA Bylaws, Article III, Section 3, which states that Associated Persons should not be subject to statutory disqualification. Successful candidates must also meet ongoing regulatory requirements including additional screening and are required to report certain incidents.
