_Job Requirements & Responsibilities_
The Salesman/Estimator will be able to expand our customer base and provide residential and commercial roofing and construction formal bids and / or budgets through interpreting plans, specifications, performing take-offs and estimating job costs.
The salesman / estimator will be in direct communication with clients and their representatives to ensure that our estimates meet their needs and requirements.
And continually follow up on all leads and proposals.- Completing bid opportunities in an efficient and accurate manner
- Business development: Events, creating new relationships
- The ability to understand job specific plan sets and specifications
- Keeping up to date information on our BuilderTrend software
- Excellent customer service Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organization skills
- Ability to work with others well
- Familiar with metal and shingle roofing
- Construction knowledge required
Compensation_
- Competitive wage based on industry standard, skill set and location
- Prestructured no cap commission program in place with earning potential upwards of $130,000+
Pay:
$40, $60,000.00 per year
