Student Worker (m/f/d) Recruiting - Lead Management & Active Sourcing:


  • WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
  • You will actively participate in the implementation of recruiting campaigns by managing the entire lead management process
  • As part of lead management, you will conduct telephone interviews for prequalification, document the status in Excel lists and the recruiting tool, and handle candidate communication via email
  • You will independently search for suitable candidates on professional social networks and approach them on behalf of Vaillant Group
  • You will support in the development of active sourcing strategies


  • WHAT YOU BRING

  • You are enrolled as a student (m/f/d) and studying business administration, economics, psychology or a similar field of study (ideally with a focus on human resources)
  • You have gained first practical experience through internships, student jobs or training and also have a high affinity for current trends in human resources and marketing
  • You are proficient in PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook, and also use your English language skills
  • You are characterized by strong teamwork, a structured and conscientious way of working, creativity and strong organizational skills
