Our client is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and motivated individual to join our Operations Team as an Operations - Promotional Products Expert.

As a Promotional Products Expert, you will play a pivotal role in our client's Operations Team, where you will be tasked with sourcing, coordinating, and delivering promotional materials to support the branding efforts of their diverse clientele.

• Monitor the workflow of various projects, including creating estimates, presentations, and Purchase Orders.
• Deal directly with suppliers to negotiate pricing, prepare presentations, and issue Purchase Orders.
• Process incoming orders and ensure timely product delivery to clients.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to select appropriate promotional products and marketing items.
• Stay current on industry trends, products, and education to provide innovative solutions to clients.
• Manage and resolve any problems with projects and orders in a timely and professional manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience
• College degree preferred.
• Resourceful and proactive team player with a strong desire to provide the highest level of customer service.
• Ability to work under strict guidelines while independently balancing multiple projects.
• Experience working with promotional products, printing awards, and signage is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
