- Production Bill of Material Creation and Maintenance.
- Production Routing Creation and Maintenance.
- Production Documentation Creation and Maintenance.
- Assist in the inventory control in manufacturing warehouse(s) with review of scrap reports, material transactional history and material shortage reports.
- Preparation of production documentation corresponding to required work orders and conducting the material issue within work order in ERP system.
- Work order shortages and inventory discrepancies analysis with the ability to distinguish errors or deviations within production records to aid in the root cause analysis and correction of work orders.
- Assist in work order and adjustment order variance analysis to aid in the root cause analysis and correction of BOM and Routing discrepancies.
- Highschool diploma
- Effective communication skills
- Problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel or similar programs
- Minimum 2 years in a position with procedural documentation and material accounting control responsibilities

The RoleThe Order Management Coordinator is responsible for the production documentation, bill of material, routing work order and inventory maintenance for the manufacturing operations.
This role is located in Athens, Ohio.

Interacts with all levels of Operations' employees, participates in cross-functional teams and supports interdepartmental project teams.
The Work EnvironmentOffice environment. Flexible hours may be required to meet project timelines. The work environment characteristics are representative of both an office and laboratory environment and include handling of viral and bacterial hazards as well as infectious or potentially infectious bodily fluids, tissues and samples. Position requires ability to lift up to 20 lbs. on a regular basis. Walking, standing, and sitting for long periods of time (up to 75% of the day) are routine to accomplish tasks in this role. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close and distance vision and the ability to adjust focus. Personal protective equipment is required as posted.
