About the Position: This position is for a Budget Analyst at Woodlawn Beach, responsible for managing the budget for the Public Health Command Europe (PHCE). The main responsibilities include overseeing the Defense Travel System (DTS) and managing the following programs: Civilian Permanent Change of Station (PCS), Relocation Allowance Travel (RAT), Student and Emergency Travel.
