_Supervisor of Donation Communication_
Do you possess the attributes to be a successful
Supervisor of Donation Communication and perform the following essential functions?

  • The Supervisor of Donation Communication is responsible for the daily activities of the _Communication Center for Donation. This includes, but is not limited to, administrative on_
    ___call availability and leading a team of Donation Communication Coordinators, who _accurately and efficiently receive referrals from hospitals and other referring entities._
  • Has a complete understanding all job functions of a Donation Communication Coordinator.
  • Communicates effectively and conveys sensitive information with outside resources, referring facilities, or other procurement agencies. Serves as a key liaison between the Communication Center for Donation and other departments.
  • Supervises the Communication Center for Donation Team answering incoming phone calls from all LifeGift regions, as well as other calls from outside of the LifeGift service area.
  • Measures and evaluates performance standards of coordinators by tracking and trending against departmental goals and key performance indicators. Provides feedback with coaching and/or training sessions.
  • Assists with ensuring adequate work coverage as well as with scheduling and timesheet approval.
  • Identifies areas of focus for future improvement, by assisting the manager in monitoring departmental goals and key performance indicators.
Do you have the education and experience to be a
Supervisor of Donation Communication?

  • Bachelor's degree preferred. Relevant work experience in the healthcare, biotechnology, social services, or death care industries may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a tissue bank related field required.
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred.
