Body Shop Customer Service Representative - Automotive

We are looking for an individual who has a passion for people in a work environment dedicated to our customers and the success of our team members.

This position requires versatility in handling customers and the details associated with ensuring a positive experience throughout the repair process.

Responsibilities:

• Greet body shop customers promptly and courteously—attitude is everything
• Listen to customers and clearly translate repair needs.
• Answer phone & schedule repair estimates and appointments.
• Creating files & organizing documents.
• Overseeing Body Shop accounts receivable schedule
• Notify customers when vehicles are ready for pick up

Qualifications:

• Proficient in data entry
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent phone etiquette
• Effective communication skills
• Bilingual proficiency, in Spanish
• Familiarity with outbound calling technique
• Experience in the automotive industry a plus
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
