    Responsibilities:
    As a Registered Nurse, your primary focus is on providing daily care, addressing health requirements, ensuring safety, and enhancing comfort for the residents.

    You will conduct thorough assessments, maintain accurate health records, oversee nursing staff, and actively participate in creating and executing individualized care plans.

    Regular tasks include:
    - Conducting regular resident assessments and monitoring
    - Implementing and updating care plans as necessary
    - Collaborating with medical professionals and families for resident well-being
    - Providing emotional support to residents and their families
    - Maintaining up-to-date medical records and required documentation

    Qualifications:
    To qualify as a Registered Nurse (RN):

    Graduation from a recognized nursing school with a valid RN license

    - Proficient knowledge of safe nursing practices in Indiana
    - Basic computer proficiency with a focus on Microsoft Word and Excel
    - Strong compassion for caring for others
    - Integrity in handling sensitive information and ensuring compliance with regulations

    Familiarity with personal computer systems and office equipment such as fax machines
