Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated dispatcher for our company. The dispatcher is our first line support for our drivers and will be responsible for movements in our company. We move freight and vehicles all around the country and our dispatcher will have a lot of responsibility. We are ready to train you to our standard and work together as a team.


Duties:

• Coordinate and schedule transportation activities, ensuring timely delivery of goods
• Manage fleet operations, including maintenance and repairs
• Utilize transportation management systems to track shipments and optimize routes
• Communicate with drivers, vendors, and customers to ensure smooth operations
• Analyze transportation data to identify areas for improvement and costsaving opportunities
• Perform data entry tasks to update records and generate reports
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Provide phone support, problem solving with excellent phone etiquette

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in logistics or transportation management preferred,
• Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS) and GIS software
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
• Proficient in data entry and record keeping

Note:
Job requires 2 weeks training at our office location before any remote work will be authorized.
