Description

  • THIS IS A CLOSING POSITION- Obtains necessary financial, and/or medical updates along with HIPAA forms
  • Greet and check patients in and out before and after treatment
  • Answer incoming calls to include: new patient calls, requesting records, and follow up
  • Prepare, maintain and monitor schedule for multiple providers
  • Understand speech therapy terminology for proper scheduling and treatment coordinating
  • Understand insurance benefits to effectively educate patients on their speech therapy benefits
  • Perform general front office duties and other duties as required
  • Obtaining a signed financial agreement to pay and collect payment for speech therapy copayment
  • Verify speech therapy insurance information

Pay:
$17.50 per hour
