Rochambeau is a well known French restaurant located in the Back Bay. We are currently hiring for the position of bar back. As a bar back you will assist in creating memorable guest experiences. You will be a member of a cohesive team that supports each other's success in a fast-paced environment.

What you will do:

Understand our Guest-Obsessed culture and do whatever it takes to create a positive and memorable guest experience.
Ensure that the bar is clean and well stocked at all times
Assist in the set up and break down of the bar and lounge
Provide friendly and attentive service
Handle guests' complaints by listening to their concerns, always informing the bartenders or managers to ensure overall guest satisfaction.
