Duties:

What you will do:


  • Updating and delivering medical records with collaborating facilities and providers
  • Appointment reminder phone calls and follow ups.
  • Obtaining Medical Records

Requirements:

What you need to have:


  • 2 yr of administrative experience
  • 2 yr of medical records experience
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Utmost compassion and integrity

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Experience:


  • Hospice: 1 year (preferred)
  • Medical records: 2 years (required)
Administrative Assistant: 2 years (preferred)
