What you will do:
- Updating and delivering medical records with collaborating facilities and providers
- Appointment reminder phone calls and follow ups.
- Obtaining Medical Records
Requirements:
What you need to have:
- 2 yr of administrative experience
- 2 yr of medical records experience
- Basic computer knowledge
- Utmost compassion and integrity

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- Hospice: 1 year (preferred)
- Medical records: 2 years (required)
