Your exciting tasks:


  • Accepting orders, creating quotes, processing orders and tracking them
  • Actively approaching our Ccustomers and selling products over the phone (in cooperation and coordination with the assigned colleague in field sales)
  • Administrative support for colleagues in field sales, liaison between field sales and headquarters
  • Support in implementing marketing activities in the respective area
  • Processing of service and end customer inquiries

  • Completed commercial training as a merchant, comparable field of study or relevant work experience
  • Strong communication skills and confident demeanor
  • Willingness to work, selforganization and customer service orientation
  • Knowledge of merchandise management systems and proficient in MS Office
  • Knowledge of English in spoken and written form is desirable, but not a requirement
