You will be provided with a training and development plan that puts you in the driver's seat to grow from a Crew Chief to a Project manager in as little as three years.

All that is required from you to get started is a positive attitude and the aptitude to learn (through mentorship) how to solve restoration problems using your hands and brain.

In exchange, you will be compensated while learning a variety of transferrable skills related to construction, customer service, leadership, technology, and insurance.

Duties

Job assignments to techs
Tools and equipment needed
Appearance: Proper uniform and boots
Out the door by
Team meeting if needed
End of Day
Vehicles emptied of trash at end of day
Vehicle keys, gas card, and EZ pass maintained and returned at end of day
Paperwork turned in at end of job
Water tank in trucks emptied as required

- on call crew preparations
