Job Overview:
Duties:
- Service residential and commercial pools, including cleaning, chemical balancing, and homeowner communication
- Support the lead technician on repair and replacement work, learning the technical side of the pool business
- Support general operations of the business, including inventory management, ordering, and marketing
Skills:
- No previous pool experience required
- Strong work ethic
- Willingness and desire to learn
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Valid drivers license and willingness to spend most of your time on the road and outside
