Essential Functions Statement(s)

  • Match purchase orders with invoices to ensure vendor invoices are processed properly in the system. Send approved invoices to Waco, TX for payment.
  • Access vendor Web Sites and add freight/handling charges to ship direct orders so customers are billed accordingly
  • Assist with physical inventory counts as needed. Use spreadsheets, count bins to verify inventory on hand.
  • Builds Purchase Orders for parts used for company vehicle maintenance.
  • Processed service and parts billing for parts used on jobs, service van inventory. Enters appropriate parts to service work orders.
  • Perform other clerical duties as assigned by management.

SKILLS & ABILITIES

Education:
High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)

Experience:
One to two years of office administration experience

Skills:
Must have strong organizational skills

Work environment varies from office to job site to industrial locations
