    Description
    The Position: Do you have prior tenting experience? We are hiring Tent Crew Leaders This job is full time and seasonal with opportunities to work the rest of the year. This is an hourly, non-exempt position with great overtime potential and benefits

    Your Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Leading a crew of up to 12 installers.
    • Safe loading, transport, installation, and breakdown of tented events throughout New England and New York.
    • You will serve as a point of contact between the sales and operations teams, as well as interact with high-end clientele and venues daily.
    • You will be working outside every day, possibly six or seven days a week, rain or shine.
    • You will be responsible for completing all tent projects on time and within budget.
    • You will report directly to the VP, Operations.
    Requirements:
    • Tenting experience in a leadership role.
    • Must be organized, detail-oriented, and team driven.
    • Must be able to train staff on a regular basis and have experience leading crews.
    • Able to adapt to changing conditions & find solutions through critical thinking.
    • Positive, respectful team player with exceptional interpersonal skills.
    • Effectively communicate verbally in English (bilingual in Spanish a plus).
    • Open availability to work longer days and weekends, flexible with schedule changes.
    • Ability to bend, squat, climb, crawl, kneel, crouch and lift frequently.
    • Ability to lift 75 lbs., push 100 lbs. and have a full range of motion and dexterity.
    • Must have a clean DMV record.
    • Must have reliable transportation to get to and from work.
