Your main tasks:
  • Analyzing and resolving incidents reported to the service desk
  • Maintenance and administration of Windows server systems
  • Ensuring the operation and maintenance of client infrastructure at all locations, supported by the Matrix42 workplace management system
  • Administration of voice and conference systems
  • Lifecycle management of computers, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
  • Ensuring the smooth running of automated IT inventory management
  • Representing colleagues from the IT Operations Service Desk
  • Participating in cross-location IT projects
  • Being on call for emergencies
