    Description

    Aviation's Business Development team is actively interviewing the best talent in the greater Tampa area, searching for the next Management Trainee to lead and direct internal resources. The goal of this position is to successfully manage and exceed revenue targets that align with our client's company and brand standards.     DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Assist sales teams with implementing action plans to improve operating results
    • Understand the core values of the organization to create a sense of teamwork
    • Track customer preferences and feedback to improve customer satisfaction
    • Keep up to date on current products and promotions to provide accurate information
