Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Operate CNC grinding machines to produce highquality cutting tools according to specifications.
Set up and adjust machine settings as necessary to achieve desired cutting tool dimensions and tolerances.
Monitor machine operation and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality standards.
Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
Inspect finished cutting tools for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Skills Needed:

Proficiency with ANCA or Rollomatic software for CNC grinding machines.
Previous experience operating CNC grinding machines in a grinding shop setting.
Demonstrated experience in making cutting tools, with a strong understanding of tool geometry and materials.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Strong attention to detail and precision.
Excellent problemsolving skills and mechanical aptitude.
Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
