Recovery Keys' Medical Director, Dr. Jeremy Mirabile -- board certified in addiction and family medicine -- leads Recovery Keys' multidisciplinary team of addiction specialists and has more than a decade of experience treating men and women with this chronic disease. Often times, addiction is the symptom of larger issues, or what are called co-occuring disorders. Where Recovery Keys distinguishes itself is in identifying these conditions in each patient so that both the addiction and the co-occurring disorder may be treated together enabling each patient to improve the chances of their recovery.     Role Description

    We are hiring a full-time therapist for our on-site clinic in Jacksonville, FL. The therapist will be responsible for providing individual and group therapy sessions for patients with co-occurring disorders, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, bi-polar disorder and other medical conditions. Responsibilities also include reviewing treatment plans and progress, and participating in team and case consultations as required.

    Qualifications

    • Master's degree in mental health counseling, social work, psychology or related field
    • Current and valid state mental health counseling license (LPC, LMFT, LCSW or licensed psychologist) in Florida
    • Minimum of 2 years' experience working in a clinical mental health setting
    • Specialized experience in addiction, dual diagnosis, and co-occurring disorders
    • Experience with evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and/or trauma-focused cognitive-behavioral therapy (TF-CBT)
    • Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
    • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
