We promote and challenge the best. Our MACK Academy offers a wide range of trainings to support our employees in their professional and personal development - from entry-level training, to numerous specialized trainings, to highly qualified education.

We are currently looking for a Trainer (m|w|d) for our MACK Academy, starting immediately or by agreement.

Your responsibilities

Together with your team, you develop target group-specific training programs for all employees of Europa-Park Erlebnis Resort
You conduct various trainings such as communication or leadership trainings, cash register trainings, and safety briefings
You take care of the organizational preparation and follow-up of our various training offerings
You are the contact person for all questions regarding our trainings and their coordination

Your profile

Ideally, you have already conducted your own trainings - whether online or in person
You are proficient in the MS Office package
You have excellent German language skills. Any additional language is a plus
Your strengths include your strong communication skills, hands-on mentality, and reliability
Mental flexibility and a passion for personal development complete your profile
