MMS Group is seeking an experienced
PART-TIME Porter/Groundskeeper for a
90-unit residential building located in
Bellingham, MA.

Work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 2:00 pm (approximately 29.5 hours per week)_

Your duties and responsibilities:

Daily cleaning of all common areas; dust, sweep, wet mop, vacuum, and empty garbage
Report all notable concerns such as vandalism, missing light bulbs or fixtures, and missing smoke detectors or extinguishers in the common areas to the Maintenance Supervisor
Keep the property and parking lots in a neat and orderly manner; check property throughout the day
Other duties associated with the maintenance of the grounds as assigned by the Property Manager and/or Maintenance Supervisor

Have previous experience with porter/housekeeper/custodial/gardening/groundskeeping duties
Have effective communication and problemsolving skills

Job must-haves:

Minimum high school education or equivalent
Physical aspects of the job may require heavy lifting, bending, kneeling, stooping, climbing, balancing, and carrying
Adherence to worksafety and risk management programs
Professional and reliable
