Job DescriptionSalary: $ $55.00 per hourWe are looking for Licensed Mental Health Professionals (LPC's, LCSW's, LMFT's) to conduct client assessments.
This opportunity is a remote position with flexible working hours
Licensed Clinical Assessor
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Responsible to provide behavioral health consultation to children adolescents, adults and families in order to improve psycho social functioning.
2. Responsible for rendering services in person and/or virtually
3. Responsible for client mental health assessments and performs initial intake interviews
4. Identifies psychological, emotional, or behavioral issues and diagnosis.
5. Responsible for determining client's psychiatric diagnosis based on diagnostic criteria from DSM
6. Treatment planning development based on client's strengths, needs, abilities, and preferences.
7. Maintains accurate and timely records, including clinical progress notes, according to HCO's facility policy.
