Our sourcing and trading desk is seeking a driven trader with experience in the energy and carbon markets who is eager to grow with us.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and expand a customer portfolio globally
Continuously research and analyze the voluntary carbon market
Negotiate deals, execute transactions, and trade agreements
Develop strong relationships with key accounts
Collect data from clients for KYC, DD, and legal documentation
Represent the company at trade events and industry forums

Specific Requirements:

Relevant university degree or equivalent
Professional experience as a carbon offset trader
Fluent in German and English
Passionate about mitigating the climate crisis
Team player with a resultsdriven approach
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
