Position Overview:
As the Accounting Analyst, you will play a key role in financial analysis, reporting, and process improvement initiatives. You will work closely with the executive team to provide insights into financial performance and support strategic decision-making.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your accounting expertise to drive efficiency and contribute to the success of our organization.

Responsibilities:

Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making processes.

Manage accounts receivable & accounts payable processes, including invoicing, payment processing, and collections.

Monitor and track customer payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.

Prepare and distribute internal financial reports and dashboards to the executive team, highlighting key performance indicators and trends.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance reporting tools.

Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insights and recommendations to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the finance function.

Support all projects and initiatives as assigned by management.


Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

1+ years of experience in accounting or financial analysis roles.

Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Experience with accounting software (SAP B1) is a plus.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay:
From $23.00 per hour
