- Directly supervise, train, and coach students within community-based employment training sites.
- Work with students to achieve a level of accomplishment and productivity that allows for greater employment independence.
- Act as a liaison between the employer/community based employment site and Devereux.
- Work with a team to assess skills and level of functioning/participation

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health's Center for Autism Research and Educational Services (CARES)
Program, located in Downingtown, PA is an approved private school that serves up to 60 children, ages 5 through 22, with a diagnosis of Autism, or Pervasive Developmental Disorder.
We are currently seeking a Full Time Job Coach to work M-F 8:00am-4:00pm to provide supervision, direction, training and coaching within community based employment training sites to adolescents with Autism Diagnosis who are preparing to age out of the educational system.
Shift:
Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm (52 week year round position)

Center for Autism Research and Educational Services (CARES), located in Downingtown, PA is seeking Instructional Support Specialists to provide direct behavioral intervention to student.
This position will give you the opportunity to work directly with children diagnosed with Autism 1:1 within a structured classroom environment with Special Education Teachers, Behavior Analyst and Autism professionals.
You will increase your knowledge and improve your skills related to behavior intervention, functional assessment and collaboration with a team that is inclusive and individualized.
CARES serves up to 60 children, ages 5 through 21, with a confirmed primary diagnosis of Autism, Asperger's Syndrome, or Pervasive Developmental Disorder-Not Otherwise Specified (PDD/NOS).

EDUCATION:
Bachelors degree in education, psychology, social work, or related field preferred. High school diploma required.
EXPERIENCE:
Two years experience working with adolescents and young adults with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities and/or behavior disorders in a transition and employment setting preferred.
