    This position is based in Grand Prarie,Texas.

    This role is vital in ensuring all IT devices, including PCs and printers, are operational, up-to-date, and optimized to support the seamless operations of our manufacturing site.

    The successful candidate will provide daily on-site IT support and play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our technology infrastructure.


    You will make an impact by:

    Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, minimizing downtime for manufacturing operationsImplement proactive measures to prevent potential IT-related disruptions and address emerging concernsEnsure all devices are running the latest and secure software versions and operating system updatesCoordinate and oversee software installations, updates, and patches, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and licensing agreementsMonitor and maintain network connectivity and resolve any connectivity issues that may arise within the manufacturing siteCollaborate with network administrators to network-related problems and implement necessary enhancements.

    Provide server administration for 1 print server and several production and development serversManage Windows/Server OS upgrades, network hardware and server replacements and changes to domain and file sharingProvide frontline support to manufacturing site employees, assisting with IT-related queries and technical issues as first point of contactConduct training sessions to educate employees managing production devicesMaintain an accurate inventory of all IT hardware and accessoriesCollaborate with procurement teams to ensure timely acquisition and replacement of IT equipmentImplement and enforce security protocols to ensure complianceWork closely with the information and cyber security teams to take appropriate actions to mitigate risksMaintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation of IT-related processes, procedures and incident reports.

    Additional Qualifications/ResponsibilitiesBasic Qualifications:
    High School Diploma or GED equivalency at minimum3-5 years' experience with desktop support in a Microsoft environmentWorking knowledge of TCP/IP (IP addressing, subnets, default gateway)Strong knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting and maintenanceBeginner knowledge of Microsoft Azure in a Large Enterprise EnvironmentProficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Visio, Power Point)Experience supporting PC's running a Microsoft operating systemExperience working with Active DirectoryBeginner to Intermediate knowledge of Zebra Label PrintersLegally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

    pay range for this position is $65,240 - $111,840. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
