Your Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities include the recording and maintenance of personnel master data, including digital personnel file management, as well as correspondence with insurance providers, health insurance companies, and authorities.
You will provide proactive support to the HR representative in operational personnel and training management, as well as in employee support for personnel-related issues.
In addition, you will also be responsible for general administrative tasks (e.g. creating and maintaining evaluations and statistics).Your Qualifications
You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship, preferably with a focus on personnel. Previous experience in the HR field, particularly in recruiting and personnel administration (HR services), is a great advantage.
You are also known for your discretion, reliability, and organizational skills, and have a proactive, careful, and independent work style.
You have excellent spelling and writing skills, as well as a high level of written expression. Excellent MS Office skills, especially in Outlook/Word/Excel, and a willingness to learn group work and documentation systems (e.g. merchandise management systems, DATEV) complete your profile.What We Offer
