- Learning Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive learning strategies for Software Engineering, DevOps, and AWS public cloud hosting workforces suitable for a distributed workforce across the United States.
- Program Management: Ensure and oversee launch of fully functional deliverables on time, within budget, and within agreed-upon scope
- Collaboration: Partner closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure understanding and collective buy-in on solutions and approach.
- Content Creation: Create engaging and effective curriculum, communication and change management materials to inform, engage, and motivate employees to embrace change.
- Evaluation: Implement assessment mechanisms to measure the effectiveness of learning programs and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize associate adoption and minimize resistance to the DevOps model and AWS public cloud transition.
- Experience: Minimum 6 years in learning and development with experience delivering learning and development programs and projects at scale with demonstrable business results
