    Job Description:

    Must Haves:
    Scrum master

    Java, Spring Boot, Micro service


    PMP
    Gather client's requirements, build SOWs and share impact of clients' business needs


    Resource should have 12+ experience in Project management skill and should be enough experience on planning the project, execution and delivery based on the requirement.

    Associate should be coordinating with client and sharing the same the details to offshore development.

    Have to attend the client leadership call and provide the status update regularly. Also escalation has to be done based on timeline.

    Associate should attend the daily/weekly scrum call to provide the status update for client and client leadership.

    Have to work with HR team for getting new resources and taking care of evaluation process.

    Associate has to make sure that project delivery happens based on the project plan and meet the timeline.

    Have to track all projects from an account and make sure that delivered on time.

    Have to connect with all PMs and make sure project plans in place, handling the client escalation and making sure that running with specified budget

    Associate having knowledge on Agile, SQL, Java, Kafka and J2EE will be added advantage.

    Associate should be working out of Pleasanton, CA.


    Associate should coordinate with client SME, Onsite tech lead and offshore technical team including PST,CST & IST TimeZone for development.

    Associate should attend the daily/weekly scrum call to provide the status update.

    Associate should be coordinating with client and sharing the same the details to offshore development.
