    We are currently hiring a full-time Digital Marketing Assistant to join our team of collaborative jewelers.

    Summary

    As a Digital Marketing Assistant at HAVERHILL, you'll play a key role in enhancing brand awareness, driving website traffic, and generating leads through digital marketing initiatives. This position offers a chance to advance your digital marketing career in a fast-paced setting.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Content Creation and Management:

    • Assist in creating and curating content for digital marketing channels like social media, email campaigns, blogs, and website.
    • Collaborate with teams to gather content, maintain brand consistency, and optimize content for search engines and user engagement.

    Social Media Management:

    • Manage social media accounts, including content scheduling, engaging with the community, and tracking performance.
    • Develop strategies to boost followers, engagement, and brand visibility on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
    • Coordinate content briefs and monitor influencer and affiliate performance.

    Email Marketing Campaigns:

    • Execute email campaigns, including setup, segmentation, content creation, and performance analysis.
    • Track key metrics like deliverability, open rates, and click-through rates to optimize campaign effectiveness.

    Website Administration Support:

    • Assist in maintaining the company website, updating content, optimizing images, and troubleshooting.
    • Collaborate with the web development team to enhance the website, track performance, and ensure a seamless user experience.

    Product Development Support:

    • Support product development by researching markets, analyzing trends, and gathering feedback.
    • Write product descriptions and create marketing materials for new launches and enhancements.

    Qualifications:

    • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing OR Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
    • Passion for digital marketing and eagerness to learn and grow.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media management tools, email marketing platforms, creative tools like Adobe, eCommerce platforms like Shopify, etc.).
    • Basic understanding of SEO, content marketing, and digital advertising.
    • Analytical mindset to interpret data and derive insights.
    • Organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
    • Creative thinker with problem-solving skills and innovative ideas.
