    This role is a key member of the Commercial Organization and Customer Strategy Leadership Team that drives marketplace strategy across a high performing sales & marketing organization. You are a marketplace expert that delivers leadership through insight driven profitable trade strategies & activations that win with customers, connect with shoppers and drive disproportionate growth for our brands and categories.

    You will be responsible for a multi branded team and provide leadership and influence with customers and categories across the enterprise working closely with leading retailers, customers teams and various internal functions across the organization including Marketing, Finance, Innovation, Insights & Supply. You will have opportunities to directly contribute to the success of the world's first stand-alone Consumer Healthcare company delivering better everyday health with humanity.

    This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

  • Develop and refine Go-To-Market Strategies with deep category and customer understanding & market expertise across multiple brands. Ensure seamless integration of digital commerce and omni strategies. Balance short term deliverables with long term planning, navigate unexpected challenges and execute the plan with excellence.
  • Identify growth opportunities with data & analytics based insights on market trends, including retailer, competition, consumer and shopper. Work with multiple sources of information such as but not limited to: shipments, syndicated and customer specific POS and panel metrics.
  • Set vision for sales teams with clear articulation of strategy and priorities with bias to action drive successful delivery of aligned objectives.
  • Lead Net Revenue Management category strategies, trade investments and sales target deployment underpinned with strong financial acumen and familiarity of key CPG metrics around margin, active mix management, PPA and inventory carrying costs. Strategically allocate trade resources as necessary to maximize ROI.
  • Quickly identify issues or challenges and operate at pace with teams to develop creative solutions to overcome them with focus on customer dynamics affecting shipment and marketplace performance with pricing, distribution, placement and promotion.
  • Collaborate and champion the voice of customer across the organization through strong relationships and recognized expertise to influence and optimize our commercial strategies, innovation and activations. Work closely with customer and customer teams to ensure excellence in execution and strength in partnership.
  • Build the talent pool for the future and foster a positive and inclusive working environment that welcomes diversity and values new perspectives. Empower and encourage others with founders mentality. Set development plans that have clear actions and deliver candid feedback with active coaching to unlock performance and potential.
  • Active member of Category Leadership Team & extended Sales Leadership Team that has a clear demonstrated understanding and strong articulation of the state of the business to identify and prioritize action on high probability opportunities as well as to mitigate risk to ensure in-year financial plan delivery. Regular executive engagement for business updates and commercial strategies.
  • Basic Qualifications:

    We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 10+ years working in sales and CPG
  • Leadership experience with developing commercial strategies and driving decisions and performance across multiple functions
  • Mastery in understanding analytics around customer, consumer, shopper and category data, including marketplace measures, syndicated data, customer specific POS, and shopper KPIs.
  • Mature proficiency in understanding and navigating P&L and understanding Net Revenue Management principles and practices.
  • Demonstrated experience and confidence in engaging with leadership at various levels both internally and externally, including executives.
  • *The role is based in Warren, NJ and follows hybrid model with a 2-3 day in office presence requirement.
