We're a team of IT experts supporting companies and their IT teams in West Michigan to execute on their growing backlogs, regain work-life balance and accelerate their most valuable projects.

As a Business Central Technology Expert, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions for our clients.

You will collaborate closely with our team of developers, analysts, and consultants to deliver tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of each client.

This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, engage with clients across various industries, and contribute to the success of our growing company.

To be successful in this role you will need to:

• Lead the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements, identify opportunities for process improvement, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including functional specifications, technical design documents, and user guides.
• Conduct training sessions for endusers and support ongoing system maintenance and troubleshooting efforts.
• Stay current with Microsoft Business Central updates and best practices and share knowledge with the team to drive continuous improvement.
