- Leadership: Manage and develop teams throughout the entire cycle. Align individual and team performance with Practice goals. Ensure clear communication of organization vision and objectives. Lead the team towards achieving operational targets.
- Growth: Drive the growth and development of the IAS Practice business plan. Foster long-term profitable client relationships. Enhance and develop new services and products. Support producers in closing deals.
- Team Selling: Act as a subject matter expert in new business presentations. Collaborate with Retail Leaders for cross-selling opportunities.
- Financial: Oversee P&L performance and achieve financial targets. Forecast future trends and results.
- Strategic Planning: Develop 'Best Practices' for service and process improvements. Create a comprehensive growth plan encompassing revenue, technical capabilities, and geographical expansion.
- Acquisition Leadership: Assist in sourcing acquisition candidates. Lead integration for respective areas of responsibility.
- Talent Management: Collaborate with recruiters to maintain a talent pipeline. Understand the roles and resources essential for team success.
- Travel: Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time, both regionally and nationally.
- Minimum 10 years experience in operations or leadership roles. Previous management experience and familiarity with defined contribution plans essential.
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Mathematics, Business, Finance, or Accounting preferred.
- Series 6, 63, and 65 certifications required.
- Expertise in retirement plan consulting and client management essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication, accounting, managerial, and interpersonal skills.
