Your responsibilities:

  • Oversee the production team and provide guidance and direction to team members
  • Plan and coordinate staff schedules and daily operations to ensure production targets and quality standards are met
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with safety and operational procedures
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in organization, production, and technology
  • Support the achievement of company goals and contribute to overall success through your dedication and hard work

Your profile:

  • Completed technical or food technology education, ideally supplemented with a master's or technician degree
  • Relevant experience in packaging and processing
  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office and SAP
  • Willingness to work in a 3shift system (morning, afternoon, and night shifts) and on weekends and holidays
