Your responsibilities

Your 3-year apprenticeship as a healthcare management assistant (m/f/d) aims to combine business and service-related knowledge and skills with the specific qualifications necessary for healthcare management
In addition to handling key business and service processes, you will learn about tasks in quality management and marketing
You will work in finance and accounting, as well as personnel administration, and handle tasks related to business reporting
You will also learn core skills in goal-oriented information, communication, and cooperation
A six-week externship in a hospital is also part of your training
