  • The role will include working closely with our team to assist in daily operations
  • Coordinating and managing technicians schedules
  • Performing bookkeeping tasks such as entering payables and invoicing
  • Assisting in managing and scheduling installation and maintenance appointments
  • Maintaining general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the company's operations
  • Performing other relevant duties when needed

Qualifications:


  • Office administration experience is a plus
  • Accounting software/ Quickbooks experience
  • Multitasking and timemanagement skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

Pay:
$ $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
