- The role will include working closely with our team to assist in daily operations
- Coordinating and managing technicians schedules
- Performing bookkeeping tasks such as entering payables and invoicing
- Assisting in managing and scheduling installation and maintenance appointments
- Maintaining general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the company's operations
- Performing other relevant duties when needed
Qualifications:
- Office administration experience is a plus
- Accounting software/ Quickbooks experience
- Multitasking and timemanagement skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Pay:
$ $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
