Position:
Personnel Security Assistant (PSA)

Clearance Requirement:
TS Level and Favorable Tier 5/SSBI

Work Location:
Position is currently
WORK FROM HOME 4 days per week - Telework. Must be in DC area to pickup equipment and credentials and work one day per pay period in DC.

Annual Compensation:
$44K-$56K based on qualifications and experience.

Serves as a point of contact regarding the status of pending clearances or questions concerning the security clearance investigation and adjudication process.

Provides reports, as required, for status on pending or current investigations.



Qualifications:

  • One
  • Two years' experience in a personnel security or background investigations field
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills to include proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Current and valid TS clearance, Tier 5 SSBI
Preferred

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a background investigator, adjudications, or investigative analyst field
  • Possess the ability to interpret local agency checks and credit reports
  • Knowledge of National Security and Suitability Investigations

Pay:
$44, $56,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
