JOB OVERVIEW:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Posts new content for NRCA's websites
Participates in discussions regarding website design, functionality and content
Uses HTML to upload content to NRCA's content management system
Provides overall support for IT support ticket requests from the NRCA staff
Manages scope, requirements and timelines in coordination with the Manager of IT Projects
Provides timely project updates, statuses, and deadlines.
Assists in various requests for managing and servicing the association management system

SKILLS:

Required:

Excellent multitasking, problem solving, and communication skills.
Basic knowledge of programming languages and management tools such as HTML, content management system (CMS) and cascading style sheets (CSS)
Strong attention to detail/accuracy
Ability to meet deadlines/schedules
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work with a team and work independently
Initiative, proactive contributor to the department

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

Required:

Degree in Information Technology (IS, CS, MIS) with at least one year's experience in the information technology field.
Or, fouryear college degree with at least three years in the information technology field.

TRAVEL AND OVERTIME REQUIREMENTS:

Occasional overtime will be required of this position.

Pay:
$45, $55,000.00 per year
