    University of Arkansas - Pulaski Technical College at North Little Rock is an integral part of the Arkansas Technical and Community College System maintained by the State of Arkansas.

    The college is governed by the University of Arkansas System Board of Trustees and a seven-member Board of Visitors and derives its support largely from student tuition and fees and legislative appropriations.


    UA - Pulaski Tech, a comprehensive two-year college, offers associate degree and certificate programs for students who plan to transfer to four-year colleges and universities and/or for career preparation and advancement.

    Summary of Job Duties:

    • Evaluates transfer coursework for credit and post related data to the Student Information System (SIS) in a timely manner for accurate UA - Pulaski Technical College transcripts and degree audits for graduating students;
    • Manages and fulfills incoming requests for UA - PTC transcripts using SIS, document imaging repository, SPEEDE, and Parchment as required.
    • Assists with processing drops and withdrawals submitted by students each term.
    • Assists Records Coordinator with clerical duties related to degree audits.
    • Assists with monitoring of departmental email account.
    • Completes electronic degree verification requests from National Student Clearinghouse.
    • Serves as backup to fellow Assistant Registrars in processing National Student Clearinghouse data and producing required reports, which are submitted throughout the semester.
    • Works cooperatively with others and accept directions from supervisors.
    • Provides back-up coverage for Records and Advising Front Desk.
    • Completes other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    One to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    Preferred Qualifications


    Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution; Experience with student information systems or other complex computer applications; Workday student experience preferred.
