SUMMARYInstall, maintain, and repair real property assets and facilities including all buildings and grounds, wireless towers, and remote buildings. Assist Facilities Supervisor and provide leadership with effective, advanced maintenance and repairs on electrical, structural, HVAC, generators, and plumbing. Respond to emergencies as required, supervise contractors as needed, and maintain high safety standards.
RESPONSIBILITIESAssist Facilities Supervisor with scheduling and execution of daily activities to ensure that workgroup goals are met.
Provide leadership and be a technical resource for all Facilities Technicians. Motivate employees to complete assigned task in a safe and efficient manner. Perform advanced preventative maintenance on building systems, infrastructure, and assets including HVAC, electrical, structural, and plumbing.
Perform installs and repairs on all systems as required, including HVAC, structural, controls, generators, wireless towers and other general maintenance.
Perform electrical work, including troubleshooting of electrical components and circuits.Serve as the lead to maintain generator assets to minimize lost work time or service outages. Provide leadership and coordinate restoration during any emergencies.
Minimize risk by working safely and following all safety guidelines and procedures and motivate Facilities Technicians to complete assigned tasks in a safe manner.
Perform diagnostics on all systems using various types of tools and equipment.Maintain data center operations through planned processes and procedures while adhering to all data center guidelines.
Also includes Building Automation Systems (BAS) including security, fire, and other controls and logicAssist Facilities Supervisor and Manager on special projects as requiredREQUIREMENTSHigh School required5 years related work experience in industrial maintenance requiredExceptional work ethic with strong technical, organizational, leadership and communication skills required.
Proficient in computer, mechanical, and electrical systems.Must be able to respond to emergencies in a calm and professional manner.
Must have high technical aptitude, deliver superior customer service and support all Enterprise goals. Must be able to be on call and subject to nights, weekends, extended hours, and inclement weather as required.
Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs., climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, work outdoors, and work in confined spaces.
