How you can contribute:

  • Independent advice and support for managers in all HR and labor law matters
  • Support throughout the employee life cycle (onboarding/offboarding, personnel development and retention, and change processes)
  • Recruiting of specialists and managers in close coordination with the relevant departments
  • Further development and optimization of processes in the HR area
  • Expansion of personnel development offerings and conception and support of personnel development measures
  • Support and active promotion of HR projects
  • Preparation of regular reports
  • Trusting cooperation with the works council

What you bring to the table:

  • A degree in business administration with a focus on HR or a comparable education
  • First professional experience in HR
