Position Information
The full salary range for the Director of Project Management is $118, $233,200.00 annually. However, the expected pay scale for this position is up to $193,632.00 annually.

We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs.


Reporting to the Associate Vice Chancellor (AVC) & Campus Architect, the Director of Project Management is responsible for the delivery of facilities projects through the management of project managers and other professionals in support of the construction delivery process.

Responsible for overall unit fiscal and resource management, including recharge rate development and rollout. Provides leadership on matters related to planning, design, and construction, and on the design/build delivery of projects.

In support of the AVC & Campus Architect, is involved in the strategic and long-range planning for the development of future campus projects.

Prepares and presents documentation for appropriate approvals to Campus committees, community programs, the Chancellor and Executive staff, the Office of the President Staff, the Board of Regents, and the Legislature, as requested.
