Job Title: AI Developer (NO REMOTE or HYBRID WORK)

Job Description:

The AI Developer will have a key role in coming up with, designing, and executing innovative AI solutions for complex business issues. This position provides an exciting chance to be at the forefront of artificial intelligence, using state-of-the-art technologies to make a real impact for our company.

Key Responsibilities:

Work with diverse teams to spot AI possibilities and set project goals.
Create AI models and algorithms, using machine learning, deep learning, and other AI methods.
Gather, prep, and study data to train and refine AI models, ensuring strong performance and accuracy.
Deploy AI solutions in live environments, smoothly integrating them with current systems and processes.
Test and validate AI models meticulously, constantly refining them to boost performance and usability.
Keep up to date with the latest AI research and technologies, integrating pertinent discoveries into ongoing projects.
Thoroughly document code, approaches, and outcomes, encouraging knowledge exchange and teamwork within the team.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in common programming languages for AI development.
Solid grasp of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and associated concepts.
Hands-on experience with data handling and analysis tools.
Knowledge of AI development frameworks and libraries.
Strong problem-solving skills and a sharp analytical approach, with the ability to convert business needs into tech solutions.
A Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is advantageous.
