Team Assistant (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:


  • Management of the beA mailbox (retrieval and posting of messages)
  • Tagging of documents using specific software
  • Creation, editing, and formatting of documents using common MS Office applications

What you should bring:


  • Successfully completed training as a legal assistant (m/f/d), office clerk (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification
  • High motivation to actively support our insolvency administrators with your expertise
  • Proficient in using MS Office
  • Strong team player with a selfsufficient, meticulous, and resultsoriented work style
